　当院は，大島通線（長友道路）から一本入った所にあります．　駐車場をご用意しておりますので，御車の際はどうぞご利用下さい．

　病院前の通りの南側にあるT字路の突き当たりには“西日本スイミングスクール”，また，北側のT字路の角には “ファミリーマート” というコンビニエンスストアがありますので目印になるかと思われます．
　すぐ側には南側に“シャトレーゼ宮崎柳丸店”，北東に“ HANDSMAN 柳丸店”，“職安（ハローワーク）”があります．　また，大きな目印は“フェニックスガーデン浮の城”です．
　国道 10 号線側よりお越しになる際は，江平五叉路（江平五差路）を“宮崎江平郵便局”方向に入り， JR の高架をくぐりますと，約 1kmで左手に見えます．（“宮崎カメラ柳丸店”の次の路地を入ってください．）

　大島通線側よりお越しになる際は，“フェニックスガーデン浮の城”南側の交差点を西側に入り，一つ目の路地を右折してください．
　または“生協柳丸店”の北側の道を西に入り，二つ目の路地を左折（角に“ファミリーマート宮崎権現通り店”というコンビニエンスストアがあります．）してください．

 Our hospital is equipped fully with the parking lot. So, coming to our hospital by the car is also possible.

 When coming to our hospital through a “national highway No.10 line“, please turn in the direction of “Yanagimaru (or Ukinojo)” at the crossing of “Ehira“.(Five-forked road/Five roads meet at that cross.) If it goes straight on then, you will pass through elevated railroad. Furthermore, if it progresses, the Chateraise Miyazaki-Yanagimaru-ten is in a left side. If you turn the next T junction (in front of the Nishinihon-Swimming School) left, our hospital is in a left-hand side.

 When coming to our hospital through “Oshima-Tsusen“(local street), please turn in the direction of “Ehira” at the crossing of “Shokuan-Iriguchi“.(Which is in the southwest of “Phoenix Garden Ukinojo“.) And then, at the first T junction (in front of the Nishinihon-Swimming School), please round to the right, and you will be able to see our hospital on left-hand side.

バス / By Bus

　当院近くを通るバスは 2種類あります．　 1つは，柳丸町と平和台を結ぶ 8 番線（平和台－青葉線），もう一つは，宮崎駅を経由して宮交シティとシーガイア（“オーシャンドーム”もしくは“シェラト ングラン”）を結ぶ 37 番線です．

　 8 番線の場合，最寄のバス停は“安定所入口”もしくは“柳丸町”で，それぞれ当院まで徒歩で 2 ～ 3 分です．　また， 37 番線の場合は最寄のバス停は“権現町”で，下車 5 分です．

　“安定所入口”で下車した場合は，“フェニックスガーデン 浮の城”の方（青葉町側からいらした場合はバスの進行方向）の交差点をわたり，左に曲がります．一本目の路地を右に折れたら，左前方に当院が見えます．

　“柳丸町”で下車した場合は，“フェニックスガーデン 浮の城”に沿って，西日本スイミングクラブの方向（青葉町側からいらした場合はバスの進行方向と反対側）の交差点をわたり，西日本スイミングクラブの方向（宮崎カメラも見えると思います）に直進します．一本目の路地を右に折れたら，左前方に当院が見えます．

　“権現町”で下車された場合は，宮崎駅側からいらした場合，進行方向に歩きます．（シーガイア側からこられた場合は進行方向と反対側．）　すると，“ファミリーマート宮崎権現通り店”がありますので，その角を右に折れます．そこから“西日本スイミングクラブ”側に歩いていくと約 2 分で当院が右手に現れます．

　なお，バスの時間，路線図に関しては，初めて使う方は戸惑うかもしれませんが，“九州のバス時刻表”を御利用ください．（携帯やPDAなどモバイル機器を御利用の方は“九州のバス時刻表モバイル版”〈http://qbus.jp/〉を御利用ください．）

 If you are going to come to our hospital by bus, you can use two lines. One is 8th track, and another is 37th track.

 When the 8th track is used, please get off at a bus stop called a “Anteisyo-Iriguchi(in Japanese)”. After getting off a bus at “Anteisyo-Iriguchi“, please turn right (in the advance direction of a bus), cross the first crossing and round to the left. Then you go straight on and turn at the first alley on the right, our hospital is visible to left-hand side.
 In contrast, when you use the 37th track, please get off at a bus stop called a “Gongen-Cho(in Japanese)”.

 After getting off a bus at “Gongen-Cho“, please walk to the direction of “FamilyMart (Convenience-Store)” and take a right turn at the corner. Then you go straight on,

　当院は，“宮崎公共職業安定所/ハローワーク（通称：職安〈しょくあん〉）”の左斜め前方にあります．　タクシーで御来院の際には，“宮崎公共職業安定所”もしくは，“職安”，“ハローワーク”前の元村胃腸科外科（もしくは元村医院）といっていただけるとわかりやすいかと思います．

Most useful-mark is “Hello-Work Miyazaki (which is a “Job placement office”.)“, which is in the diagonal left of our hospital.
So, when you want to come to our hospital, please tell a driver ” To Dr. Motomura’s office which is in front of a job placement office” or ” To Motomura Clinic which is in front of a Hello-Work, Yanagimaru-cho”.
When it does not lead, it may lead, if you read the next sentence with Roman Alphabet reading. “Yanagimaru-cho ni aru syokuan mae no Motomura-ichoukageka made onegai shimasu”

　当院は，大島通線（長友道路）から一本入った所にあります．
　一番の目印は“宮崎公共職業安定所/ハローワーク（通称：職安〈しょくあん〉）”で，当院の左斜め前方にあります．　また，その北側には“ホームセンターハンズマン柳丸店”があります．　“フェニックスガーデン 浮の城（うきのじょう）”とは大島通線をはさんで反対側です．
　江平五叉路（江平五差路）から向かう場合は，JRのガードを超えてしばらく行くと左手に“シャトレーゼ宮崎柳丸店”があり，その右手向かいには“西日本スイミングスクール”が見えます．　 “シャトレーゼ宮崎柳丸店” を左に折れていただければすぐです．
　檍小学校側から消防署（宮崎市北消防署東分署）の前を通ってきた場合は，“フェニックスガーデン 浮の城”を右手にみて大島通線を越え，一つ目の道（“西日本スイミングスクール”の前の道）を右に入ってください．

　なお，“調剤薬局 サンパーム”は，当院斜め正面のアパートの1階にあります．　駐車場の突き当たりになります．

 If you want to come to our hospital, we will recommend you visiting a hospital by taxi.

 In addition, “Pharmacy SunPalm” is on the first floor of the apartment, which is in front of s
